Damian Penny worked forNewfoundland and Labrador Legal Aid for several years prior to his move to Nova Scotia.  There and here in Nova Scotia Mr. Penny has appeared frequently in the Provincial Court to represent both the Crown side and the Defence in criminal matters.  Joseph JeBailey also has a keen interest in representing defendants who find themselves involved in situations requiring represetation on criminal charges
